What you are buying

A purchase of Production Incidents is a one-time purchase of one pack. The pack contains three incidents with their hints and commented solutions: the two available at checkout, and the third, which ships in October and is delivered to earlier buyers at no extra cost. Prices are shown at checkout, with taxes included where applicable. The launch price applies while two incidents are available; a purchase keeps the price it was made at.

Future packs

Future incident packs are separate products with their own price. A purchase of this pack does not include them.

Delivery

The scenarios are delivered as downloadable zip files. Import them through Learning → Import in the Torollo app. No Torollo account, DRM, or license server is required. If a download link expires, email us and we will re-issue it.

Refunds

Every purchase can be refunded within 30 days, for any reason. Emailothmane@torollo.app from the address used at checkout.

Your license

Purchased incident files are licensed to you personally for learning and professional use. You may keep and use the files you download indefinitely. The license does not include redistribution or resale. The Torollo engine remains separate, MIT-licensed software provided under the terms of that license.
